About the Role:
STEM Child Care in Castle Rock, CO is looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Support Staff to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate STEM-based curriculum and daily lesson plans
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment for children
- Supervise and guide children throughout daily activities, meals, and transitions
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Observe and document child development milestones and behavioral patterns
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure all safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field preferred
- Genuine passion for working with children and fostering early learning
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass a background check in accordance with Colorado childcare regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework or degree a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
